Great htpc mobo
Strengths: HDMI, optical, many usb, pin headers
Weakness: none
This thing is great. The first motherboard I have seen that gives you a labeled pin header piece that you connect wires to, then to the motherboard. Wish it had them for all the usb connectors. HDMI and optical out for this low price. I couldn't believe it. Fast, reliable motherboard. Highly recommended.

Strengths: Enough PCI Slots
Weakness: Limitations on Hard Drive Size
It's a nice Motherboard. But, the AMI BIOS that comes with it, has limitations of the
size of Hard Drive you are able to install. Apparently, even 1Tb Hard Drives are
too large for the BIOS.
And, there is a lack of support from ASUS.
