Having a mouse not hooked up to a wire is very nice. Good soild construction, and lots of shortcuts on the keyboard. Now if I could only remember to use them.

Economical Combo + Good Performance
Strengths: Compatible, standard
Weakness: ergonomics; runs on AA batteries
This is a great wireless keyboard and mouse combo, at a great price. I've used it in the past and just purchased a set for home. A good product at a reasonable price
Strengths: Good keyboard feel. Love the flexibility of user-designed buttons. The keyboard is so light that moving it out of the way is easy.
Weakness: Mouse took some getting used to and is more sensitive to the location of the receiver than I would prefer. There are no directions to speak of for actually using it.
I love the freedom of these products, especially if you have a small desk. I like it so much, I bought one for work and one for hubby.

Microsoft Std Wireless Optical Mouse and Keyboard
Strengths: Good ergonomic design, looks good, great battery life and has handy desktop applets for both the keyboard and the mouse to customize features and view signal quality and battery level.
Weakness: Poor manual, only a 6 foot range and sharp edges on keyboard legs that can scratch the tabletop.
I was concerned about battery life (2 AA alkaline cells in the keyboard and 2 in the mouse), but the mouse and keyboard have been running under normal use for 7 weeks now with no problems and the battery indicators in the desktop applets still show nearly full battery capacity. Good Keyboard and Mouse
Strengths: Mouse: very accurate, very comfortable when use. Keyboard: feel good when typing, lots of shortcuts,easy to use
Weakness: no user manual. a little bit battery consuming
This is a very good keyboard and mouse bundle even though it took me more than half an hour to set up.
I hope you can combind the keyboard and touch pad as a whole, in this way, it will be more easy to use and more convenient
