Phenom X3 2.1 GHz
Strengths: 3 Cores, Cheaper than some Intel Dual Cores.
Weakness: Not Much Cheaper than the Phenom X4
For people who can't quite handle the quad core. Great CPU with 3 Cores. Can handle just about anything. Overclocked at 2.4 GHz Per Core. No Problems, Great Buy. Would recommend to Gamers and Movie fanatics. Not for the light computer users due to wasting 1 or more core.

AMD Phenom X3 8450
The only processor line to utilize 3 cores, the Phenom X3 8450 attempts to strike a balance between number of usable cores and price. In reality a true Phenom X4, the 8450 contains a malfunctioning core which was disabled after manufacture.
