The Logitech G9 performs its duties as described and offers a lot of interesting customizability options. However, this mouse is probably best suited for those who prefer to "palm grip" their mouse. Its high back end may make vertical motion difficult for those who prefer to plant their wrist and move the mouse with their fingertips. In addition, it's difficult to click the scroll wheel without inadvertently rotating it.

I'd highly recommend this mouse to anyone who is sure they can use it comfortably, as it performs well and has a lot of neat features. It's probably a good idea to try before you buy, however.

Upgrading from an MX510

Strengths: Comes w/ 2 grips w/ different feels. 3200 dpi! Adjustable +/- buttons on mouse for dpi. Weights for customization. Scroll wheel is smooth. SetPoint software allows macro recording. Can change colors.

Weakness: Some might consider it small. Forward & back buttons are a little awkward finding & pushing. Miss the scroll up & down buttons. The middle click is difficult to use (doesn't push in very far/easily).

Precision grip is almost like fine grit paper; it's textured rubber. Great for gaming and "clawers" like me. Wide grip is smooth rubber and feels nice for "palmers" who like to rest their hand on the mouse. Overall a great addition for any gamer but will take some getting used to. Overall a great addition for any gamer but will take some getting used to. It has the ability to store multiple profiles which you can switch through with a button on the underside of the mouse.

Definitely try it before you buy it as it's not for everyone. I'm still getting used to it. Two biggest peeves is the middle button and the back and forward buttons.

The size is definitely not for everyone and does take some getting used to. I use the precision grip with 2 x 7gram weights in the middle and it feels solid and nice. I had to get used to holding it near the back so that I can more readily access the forward and back buttons which is a bit weird. [see attached]

Great product for gamer

Strengths: Adjustable weight. Precise.

Weakness: I like the wireless mouse.

Oh. I wait for this product for a long time. I owned a g5 before i got this mouse. loved it and i didn't think that logitech could top that g5 but they did, Mouse slides smoother than the g5 across the mouse pad and just fits more comfortably. I recommend this mouse to any gamer or anyone just looking for a great mouse.

I did a lot of shopping around for computer speakers--I knew that the generic, simplistic (and most common) two-speaker arrangements on the market these days would not cut it. For the money (and also, the quality), I challenge anyone to find a better deal the Logitech X-540's. I enjoy my original set so much that I bought another set for a second computer that I have, and a third set for a friend of mine as a gift. Neither of us have encountered ANY problems with any of the sytems we have. Impeccable sound; great price; perfection in their functionality; reliably consistent performance; rugged and stylish design. I couldn't ask for much more.

These are the best speakers in the world! I would recommended everyone buy them. They are good for all different kids of misc. I rate it a 5 and over. I hope you buy. Have fun.
