Review: In the NZXT Phantom (with lots of cooling) it keeps my 6 core 1075T at 69f. Pretty amazing, and that's with the case fans on minimum, not maximum. I can get the CPU down to 66f with full case fans. In other information I've read, the V8 is a very good but not top of the line performer. I would agree with that. If it wasn't for the Phantom's 6 case fans helping out...

Weaknesses: installation is a bit cumbersome, instructions are OK but the typeface is TINY and hard to read

Review: I run this cooler on an AMD PhenomII X4 955BE and NEVER get load temps over 45c. Heavy gaming sessions usually heat the CPU to about 41-42c; it only hits 44-45c when running a CPU stress test (Prime, OCCT, etc). The stock AMD cooler idled at about 40c, and maxed out at about 68c under heavy load (OCCT, Prime) and hit about 60c during gaming sessions. So the Hyper212+ is about 20c cooler than the...

I guess its alright

Strengths: It is prety quiet, can't hear it at all over my turbine of a cpu fan. Seems to move a lot of air. Did drop my cards temp by a few degrees.

Weaknesses: It would be better if I could have it blow on the other side of my graphics card, but it isn't reversible.

Review: I would recommend this fan to anyone who just wants to drop their card by 2 or 3 degrees, but don't expect massive cooling from it. It might be helpful on a fanless graphics or sound card though.

Weaknesses: Can get a tad loud if cranked up to full blast, but you shouldn't hear it if what you are doing needs it that powerful!
