However, while placing the order, I did not select that option, and I later contacted customer service who then said they would refund the amount charged for shipping. I also explained the ordering process was a bit confusing since the shipping directions were located further down and to the left-hand side of the order page. Realizing this, I attempted to cancel and re-order with the proper shipping option, but was unable to do this on the site without contacting their C/S who later granted to "free shipping" option. I was grateful for their prompt attention. As of this day, I still cannot confirm any refund of the shipping charges. Another call to customer service showed the refund was in the process, but I still see no confirmation. Would you be able to check and see how long this refund process is going to take, and exactly where it will be sent? Thank you.	Overall Rating

They called to say part I ordered was not in stock but could sub better part for a little more, I passed as in no hurry and the orignal part still arrived in a few days.
