Pllaced 3 orders with em last 6 months for $175, $125, I am set to place a third order for $245, but b4 I do so I call them to see if there are any coupon codes available. They say no. So I place the order and 10 mins later in my email I get a coupon code from them for 5% off. So I call back and speak to a lady there who says no problem she will apply the 5% discount retroactively. A few days later I call them asking where my credit is and they start telling me they cant apply it after it was shipped and what was the name of the girl that I spoke to So I ask for a supervisor and I tell him simple choice either you honor the 5% ($12 credit) you said you were gonna give me or you guys have just lost yourself a customer for life He says to me my hands are tied and there is nothing he can do. R U serious? I mean how short-side of a company is this that they would sacrifice a customer to save $12. There are plenty of auto parts vendors out there	Overall Rating

My days of price-grabbing are over - RockAuto is my first and only stop for auto parts!!	Overall Rating
