I had made several attempts to find out if the order was even filled. There was a communication breakdown from Fluance, the customer service was very courteous, they simply did not have the shipping information. For instance, I used a coupon code for free shipping, but the spot to enter the coupon and adjust the order came late in the process and seemed a little hidden. A succession of short, focused pages instead of scrolling down and across columns in a single page to enter information may make things simpler. Just a thought ;) ***update*** - received speakers in record time. Sound AWESOME. Very happy.	Overall Rating

Invested in PSB speakers for front and rear. The speakers from Fluance sound as good if not better than the my PSB speakers. I could of saved Hundreds by if I knew about Fluance before. Now I know. I am an older consumer attempting to pair new speakers with an old tuner and there were some challenges for both Erika and me. She was completely helpful. It took me several days to compete the hookup process and I am delighted with the wonderful sound as I sit here listening to my "old and favorite" music. jessigros from unknown Member Since: 05/23/2011 View Member's: Reviews	the waiting period should be indicated on out of stock order products. the customer reps did not tell me the waiting period for the out of stock products and I have to ask for the info. the customer reps told it will take 3 to 4 months for the out os stock order to be available, thats too long so I have to chooose another product. the center channel speaker that I ordered wasn't working only the tweeter. I try to call the customer rep but it was holiday in canada. I unscrwed the front drivers and one of the connector wasn't plug in so I plug it in and is now working. the es 1 so far is excellent, the center channel speaker so far is so so. hoping it gets better after fully broke in. the bipolar surround sound appears just ok. I don't know yet. seems like my old sony speaker the surround and center channel appears better. well I just have to wait for them to be really broken in. after one week the center channel sounds better	Overall Rating
