cglinker from unknown Member Since: 01/26/2012 View Member's: Reviews	My order was for 4 camcorders using promo code for 5%off & Mrrebate for 4%off. 4 days later, called to get an update & learned they could not use my CC due to a 'security reason'& asked for my Paypal payment.I called my CC issuer & found nothing wrong w/ the transaction & the amount was indeed authorized. I'm lost, telling them about my call w/ CC issuer, & got a reply from a 'Call Center Manager'saying the amount was authorized but not charged, & I should complete the order thru email instruction saying to use Paypal'Send Money'. Called up Paypal to ask it sounds OK. Paypal alerted a business should send an invoice or request money. I would have a hard time retrieving the money should I do it the way this company asked. I insisted on Paypal's way. The manager re-sent me the instruction pressing for 'send money'.Two hrs later, manager canceled my order. Another surprise-they canceled my other separate order placed w/ Paypal, saying items out of stock. I'll never shop with them again.	Overall Rating

Several days after Christmas looked at box and realized it was not wi-fi. I need wi-fi. Tried exchanging it and merchant said no returns/exchanges after 14 days. At Christmas time this is unacceptable. What store doesn't return new unused products after 14 days at Christmas time. Stay away from this merchant. I'm going back to Amazon.	Overall Rating

Since I did not get it when needed and I paid a larger price from 2 to 1-day shipping, I asked that this difference could be refunded. They said they could not help me.
