But there the information flow stopped. Probably because the item was shipped directly from the manufacturer rather than from Smarthome, there was no confirmation of shipping and no tracking number. My purchase arrived in good time, but without any advance notice of delivery details that would be important to many customers.	Overall Rating

On the 2nd shipping attempt, they mailed me a double shipment which they wanted me to return to them asap. The product wasn't compatible with my configuration, so I returned it, and I've been calling them and waiting for a refund for almost 5 months now.	Overall Rating
