I have ordered numerous items for PC builds over the years from Xoxide. One of the most annoying things is that heir shipping times take forever. It can take a couple days typically for them to start the shipping process of anything ordered. I am aware of this from previous purchasing and just accept it for what it is. What prompted me to write this review however is my most recent experience with Xoxide. I had an item that I needed to RMA back to them and went thru their online RMA process. At the completion I received a notification that it takes 24-48 hours to receive an automated RMA response before I can ship the item back. 51 hours later and still on response, I made the call to Xoxide support. I was greeted by an agent with a serious personality problem and absolutely no interest in what I was calling about. He told me to just be patient and I should get the required RMA email sometime soon but couldn't give me any indication of when. All of my inquiries as to any sort of a g |

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! WARNING! BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purchased 3 Glide fans and 1 dual UV light. I opened my package and they sent me 4 fans of a different (lower quality) brand and one none UV blue light. A bunch of crap is what it was. Completely scammed me. My order form was even correct in the box yet still order was filled wrong. I wrote them and ask for a full refund and they said ok we'll send the RMA the next day. Well the next day came and went and NO RMA was sent and have been ignoring my emails! Complete unacceptable and unsatisfactory! This is my 1st and you best beat your rear ends, its my last order I'm ever going to make with this crap of a company! 0 stars! |

always alittle anxious about give out the credit card number; but towards the end the pay pal note threw me a curve at first. Too bad you did not offer the window panel version of the Lian Li V1000 close to the same price. |

I did not receive a delivery date with my order. I cannot evaluate the merchant until I have received my order - Then based on delivery date, condition of merchandise, completeness and correctness of order, I can evaluate the order and merchant. I gave an average rating on Visibility of Out of stock only because none of the items that I ordered were indicated as out of stock. |

Who ever wrote the software for your site,should be shot. I thought my computer had a virus. This is the problem, when you click "add to cart", screen changes and you see your cart page, thats all , no item what you bought, very confusing.. I write software so i know what I'm writing about.Under "add to cart", put a big black arrow pointing down.And writing to cart & qualty, etc. I wonder how many of your customers did not buy because of that defect in site. Try what I wrote,you will see. I'm not a snake, I want to help your site, I like what you sell.LOL. Please don't get mad at me, but I spent two hours trying to buy that wonderful lighted keyboard. I live in Canada. Site said I would not be charged anything at the door. Taxes say $0.00, so guess taxes are included in with shipping. Other then that, site better then most, not confusing, like "where did they put that", or "all I want to do is...", and "Just get me out of here", so that was refreshing. Ended up spending time here and spending a wack of dough. Keep up the good work! |

Good to see other East coast PC enthusiast merchant to look to over the 800 pound gorilla Newegg. This order will determine If Ill go with Xoxide more often. Love the staff picks. Need to update that all AM2 socket heatsinks work with AM3 boards, since AMD Flagship 955 was just released. Got a attachment of Bawls Guarna energy drinks one of the root beers were damaged or the twist cap was defective since the contents seeped out into my fridge. Packaging was well done so Ill mark it against UPS or Hobrama (Bawls) |

Maybe it's because I'm dorky, but I went to build my new computer, ordered some lights and decided it wasn't enough. It's so cheap, easy and fast, I'm back again four days later to buy more. That's a pretty good sign I'd say. |

So far it's fine, but I'm still learning the little bells and whistles. The enter key is a bit different than what I am used to but that will come with time. I like the blue lighting where my wife prefers the blue, and the touch of the keys is different, it seems to take a little more pressure, but that's ok because I don't make as many typos from just barely touching the keys. all in all this keyboard is fine and looks more professional than the other one I was using. |

I am anxious to hear from my daughter when she receives her headset, she knows it is on the way. The first headset (Logitec) I bought her failed after a month, so she looks forward to getting this one soon.
