Upgrade paths should be more clearly specified. Also, the Shipping/billing web page was messed up; it appeared to be a blank page until you scrolled down and saw the form was way down at bottom. There was a count down clock and when it said was now time to buy, I was unable to buy at the sale price. I checked it again around 5:30am and it was still not accepting the sale price. Fortunately, I was able to purchase at about 10:30am. I feel Pinnacle should have had the sale start at the time it said it would start. I do look forward to using this product.	Overall Rating
