I've had problems in the past with other on line purchases based on shipping costs and explantions. I do not want to spend 20 plus dollars in shipping! The shipping selection was a bit confusing. It is now the 22 and I got an email at 930 pm stating that my product is on back order and i will get it after they get it back in stock after xmas. I dont even have time to order from another company to have it here in time before xmas. The customer service representatives gave me the run-around and were very rude. They told me the product was out of stock but the website failed to notify me of that when i placed my order. They denied that I had a delivery date of the 22nd and said there was nothing they could do. WORST COMPANY EVERY. THEY TOLD ME THEY NORMALLY SHIP THEIR ITEMS OUT IN 14 BUSINESS DAYS. I DONT KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY MAKES MONEY WITH BUSINESS ETHICS LIKE THIS.	Overall Rating
