Items delivered have matched the description without exception. Always on time, and in excellent condition. 3COM has honored warranty claims on items purchased from ICT. Did not arrive, checking after 10 days yielded excuse that it had to be shipped from the UK. Still did not arrive.A week later the excuse changed to "held up in customs" . Finally today ICT cancelled the order. All that time ICT kept the money (charged credit card before having the product to send). Stay Away from these business practice !	Overall Rating

Though the website looked pretty primitive, it was easy to find products and the checkout wasn't much different than what you would normally expect. S/h charges was is a mystery. Pricegrabber listed it as $14+, but when I added the product to the cart it came up as $10. I added one more item and it increased by 70c, but when I finally checked out, it came to only $8.18, good but surprising and a mystery.	Overall Rating
