Sofonisba from unknown Member Since: 01/13/2010 View Member's: Reviews	I find it VERY misleading that there's a large site banner screaming "FREE SHIPPING" at you, and you're not told that you're actually NOT getting free shipping until you've placed an item in your cart and gone through the checkout process, OR clicked on one tiny, ambiguous button where you find that there ARE shipping charges if your order doesn't total at least $25.00. VERY misleading, and when this vendor is (from my experience) a complete unknown, that deceptiveness does NOT foster a better feeling of trust in them - it makes me MORE suspicious of them, definitely NOT less! They waited 30 days, and quietly gave me a refund. Well, everything arrived, but some of the games look like re-wraps, not actually new. One game has a quarter of the shrinkwrap torn off, as if they purchased it from a retail store and couldn't get the price sticker or security tab off. Not bad though, they did ship fast and it arrived.	Overall Rating

I ordered two games listed as in stock with shipping arrival dates before Christmas (presents for my son). The following day I get an email saying the order had shipped. But only one item, the other was on backorder. Cancelled the backordered item. Very unprofessional. Will not shop here again.	Overall Rating
