They're selling (faulty) used parts as new and they will not respond to queries unless they have to. If I could rate this seller with negative stars they would get the max. I ordered a "nVidia GeForce 7900 Video Card T238G" listed as "NEW" on next day shipment "FedEx standard overnight" at around Noon EST Tue 1 Nov for $255.95. There was no acknowldgement email and no indication the sale was complete... Not allowed to give my complete review due to limit on characters in this message. Finally got email 11 Nov (Veterans Day - I'm a Vet) admitting the part was faulty and used and they had no good parts to send. I never got a working part and I'm now awaiting a refund on my credit card.	Overall Rating

The technical specifications were severely limited and when I called customer service, no one answered. Also, $25 or 25 % return fee would be fine if it were whichever is less.
