Waste of Money!!! I ordered gifts for my Clients for Christmas 12/14 and they never showed. I contact customer service, and they claimed to have never processed the order and said they would overnight the shipment. They lied! When I called again I found out they sent it regular mail and it won't be here until well after Christmas. No apologies! They expect me to return the merchandise when it finally gets here and request a refund at that point. Make sure you spread the word about this horrid company, so this doesn't happen to some one else! I still have no pressents for my clients for Christmas... :-( thanks a lot entirelypets.com for ruining everything! Overall Rating

Don't use this shop! They won't give your money back if the order is not delivered! I have been trying to get my money back for a year (!!!!) already! They reply every time very politely "we will forward your message to..." and nothing happens! Overall Rating

Horrible customer service. I paid $2.00 extra for expedited shipping which is described as "priority 2-3 day" on their website and the item was sent FedEx Ground and took a week to arrive. I was later told it was too heavy to send expedited, yet they still had no problem taking my money for it in the first place. I asked them to refund the $2.00 and was told by an online chat rep that it was being processed on 9/18. I never received it and was told once again by Doug through their email support that it was "being taken care of" on 9/28. I have still yet to receive it on 11/18 and 2 more emails have gone completely unanswered from them. Even though it's only 2 dollars, the bottom line is it shows they lie, have terrible customer service, ignore complaints their customers have and fail to rectify mistakes when they're the ones ripping you off. STAY AWAY. Overall Rating

I purchased heartworm prevention from EP until my dog tested positive for heartworms, while on their product. My vet informed me that if I had purchased thru them they could file a claim with the manufacturer & the cost of treatment would be covered. He told me to contact EP to see if they offered that same guarantee. They do not. In fact, according to the customer service rep I spoke to, THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SAFETY OR EFFECTIVENESS OF THEIR PRESCRIPTION MEDS! This made me wonder if the meds were coming from a third party vendor. I emailed them, explained my situation & asked them who they purchased their meds from. I also asked for a refund on the faulty meds. A month later, I still have not received a response. EP has good prices, but before you buy your meds from them, you might want to consider whether it's worth saving a few bucks on a product they will not even guarantee. I saved about $6/box on my heartworm meds and now I'm paying over $600 to correct that mistake! Overall Rating

Save yourself the trouble. Stay away. Unreliable. Undependable. Unscrupulous. Put in order 11/11. They didn't send it until 11/17 the expected delivery date. NO COMMUNICATION from them about the delay. Arrived 11/24. Without explanation, they omitted the most important thing -- antibiotic -- which I put off getting from Vet, awaiting delivery. It simply wasn't in the box. No note. No explanation. It was as if they hoped I wouldn't notice its omission since they hadn't bothered to let me know in advance. I called, and they admitted it wasn't there. It was apparently on Back-Order, but they didn't have the integrity to email me or notify me that is was unavailable, thus prevented me from exploring other options. I consider them unprofessional at best. Lacking integrity, communication skills, and scruples at worst. I will never use them again. Overall Rating

There were problems with shipping in two orders, problems for my vet to fax a prescription, and one rep who was rude and condescending. Thankfully, kind associates, including a very customer-oriented supervisor, rectified the problem via credit and apology. Everyone makes mistakes -- it's how they're handled that counts. "I placed one order from this company for prescription medications for my elderly dog and everything went fine. However, the second order was a nightmare.Apparently they're only good if things run smoothly because if there's an issue, they will leave you and your pet in the lurch. They claim to have faxed a form to my vet several times, but did not inform me of this until a week after I'd placed the order, and then only via email.I responded immediately and asked them to send me the form or call me with the details so I could follow up with the vet personally. Four days later, no response.I had to wait on hold for many minutes only to find out that the meds still hadn't shipped.The customer service rep seemed completely disinterested in resolving the problem and I was not allowed to speak with a supervisor (apparently you have to leave them a voicemail and pray that they have more interest in responding than, well, everyone else in the company.)You'd be a fool to order from them! The bottom line: failed to deliver on time or tell the truth. Ten days after ordering and paying for two day shipping, someone actually admitted the drug (Metacam) continues to be on backorder. Every time I have called I have been assured "the order will ship tomorrow". My dog's condition continues untreated, I thought I had allowed plenty of time, there are many other options available, (all of whom delivered on time) choose one. Overall Rating

I had a prescription purchase for a generic equivalent of a product. Then I had to change my order after purchase to the regular version. Entirely Pets not only had the AMAZING price, their customer service was great. When I sent emails I got replies within hours the same day. They also kept me in the loop and sent confirmation of the order, confirmation of the prescription being sent to my vet, and confirmation of shipping w/tracking info. VERY helpful...I would recommend them based off my experience Overall Rating

I am fostering a rescue dog. She requires her meds otherwise she cannot digest her food, becomes violently ill, drops weight quickly and soon begins to starve to death. Her vet does not carry these meds so we have to order them. The rescue gave me all of the info to continue ordering her meds through EntirelyPets. I placed the order on 12/11 and paid for 2-3 day shipping; my account was immediately charged. Even though they had the Rx on file, they said they had to contact the vet to make sure. A week later they emailed me and said the vet would not approve the Rx. I called my vet and they said they had faxed the Entirelypets and approved the Rx, but they would resend the fax. I call EP's customer service and they accused my vet of lying, then when they realized the Rx had been approved they tried to blame it on me, claiming since it was a rescue dog it was too hard to find the Rx. They promised to mail out the Rx that day (12/17). 12/23 rolled around and I still don't have the meds. Overall Rating

They make it seem like it's so easy to get the prescription since they contact the clinic themselves. They somehow faxed the request to some random animal hospital & that took a few days to fix. Then when they finally got the right clinic, they claim they did not receive the fax. BUT the kicker is that they didn't call to notify me they didnt receive the fax, they didnt even attempt to contact the clinic. They wouldn't have done anything at all if I hadn't contacted them to ask where my order was. I then called the company & they said they will call the clinic. I emailed them yesterday to see if they received anything, they said no and said that I should call them. I WOULD HAVE called them if the rep the other day didnt say that HE would call them. They lack organization and initiative. They're fine with leaving orders on the back burner until the customer contacts them. And even then they prove to be completely incompetent. almost 20 days and no Rx received let alone ORDER received! Overall Rating

I had a great experience with EntirelyPets.com, from the point I first found the website to the point my products were delivered. After comparing product prices on several sites, I placed my order late Thursday night because the prices for Sentinel and Comfortis were much less expensive than other online merchants. I received an email that same night that my order had been processed. By the next morning, I received another email indicating my order had shipped. I didn't pay for shipping since my order qualified for free standard shipping, so I figured it would take forever to receive my product. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my shipment today - just under 4 days after placing my order. I am so glad I didn't read the reviews on this company before placing my order. I am 100% satisfied with EntirelyPets.com and will continue shopping their site in the future. Overall Rating

BE FOREWARNED!!! Ordered products received 1/3 of order and then they back ordered the rest of the product. After 180 days, they discontinued product. Credit card company could not directly credit back. I would never use them again. This is the 3rd time in the last 6-8 months that I have placed an order with them and they consistently make errors and mislead you. Most recently, I placed an order online and called customer service to follow up. The representative said they would split my shipment into 2 parts - one Rx I needed quickly (I paid for express shipping when it would otherwise have been free). Lo and behold, even a conversation with customer service is useless - everything has been shipped UPS and my paying for express shipping was wasted money because everything is scheduled to arrive 9 days after I ordered. This is only one of many issues - another is they can NEVER find the Rx's that I send to them when it comes time to order a renewal. I will never use them again. If you're looking to purchase Rx's for your pet I highly suggest looking elsewhere. Overall Rating

I placed an order with EntirelyPets.com on July 16, and my credit card was immediately charged $150+. Two days later I recieved an email from EntirelyPets.com saying that they had not yet recieved my check/ money order. I responded to this email saying that my card had been charged and was there a discrepancy. I received no reply. After a few days more, I checked my order status via the link provided, and, as always, the status was "review". I called the 800 number, and was told that the order required a prescription, so I gave my pet's name and his prescribing vet's information, and was told it would be taken care of. I also asked why it had taken two weeks and me having to call them to get this resolved; the operator apologized, offered no explanation, but again assured me it would be taken care of. After a few more days I emailed a detailed message concerning what had transpired, and that I was disputing the charge with my credit card. Avoid like the plague! Overall Rating

I ordered syringes from this company and paid for faster shipping. I received an email that the order was shipped. It never came, so I called. I was told that they do not ship "just needles" But, yet they charged my credit card, and I had to call to find out where my needles were. Meanwhile, my cat needs his insulin. Our vet does not carry the better brand of needles that we found work best for our long haired boy. Very poor customer service was received when I called. Overall Rating
