However, you need to be absolutely certain you understand that certain of their partner merchants have steep return fee policies...during a previous order, I got soaked for a 25% "restocking fee!!!" I only have 1 complaint: the site said I would get updates on my order (ship dates,tracking #'s, etc) I only got 1 email saying 1 item was shipped, but never got another email with tracking#'s or if the other items shipped. I did a live chat a few times and the operators were very nice and helpful. My order made it here before I ever knew 2 items shipped, so that was fine. Also their 110% guarantee, doesn't apply to all products. My vendor was not in the long list of those they don't match, wasn't on sale and yet still they refused to match. Shopper be aware.
