I ordered 4 ink cartridges last November, 2011. I try to keep a good stock, so I did not try to use it until today. When I opened the package, I did not receive Dell Cartridges. They were "Focus," Lexmark 26, Dell TO530. They were not the correct Dell number and they were not new. They were "remanufactured." I tried to use two of the black cartridges and they would not work. They would fit in the space with difficulty, but would not print. They were shipped from Abacus 24/7, 290 E Northern Avenue, Suite C 103, Phoenix, AZ 85028. I would appreciate your replacing the November order and making sure both orders are filled with Dell cartridges. Thank you! Lois L. Gillespie Overall Rating

We wanted our order to ship to a different address than our billing address. We entered the shipping address, it also changed the billing name and address. I tried several different ways to correct the billing name and address without success. I went into oue Dell prefered accout, there the billing name and address are correct. The order was submitted, now I'm just waiting to see if we're contacted because the order billing name and address don't coinside with the information on the account. Overall Rating

During online order I had difficulty selecting "Dell Preferred Account" (which I had applied and was approved for) in order to use this payment method. Took three tries to finally complete the order process using the Dell Preferred Account. Otherwise the experience was fine. Overall Rating

Have always purchased Dell products and have never been disappointed. We closed our account due to the outrageous interest rates the lending institution handling Dell's accounts began charging, well over 20%. That and we had always made our payments many times paying additional and were down to one payment left to go. We were two days late and charged a 39.00 late fee. Not a very friendly way to do business. Overall Rating

I had a lot of difficulty in establishing the fact that my PO box was preventing my address being accepted. Had trouble with your visual highlight showing me the error that I needed to correct. A red asterisk would have been much more helpful. Overall Rating

placing order via an older computer (Dell Dimension 4600 from 2002, XP) was very arduous: slow refresh times because of excess content, and many refreshes, some totally unnecessary (select an option where you go to a new screen where you have to reselect the same option). On one page it had 4 options to select, and refreshed after each instead of allowing you to select all before refreshing. Since the purpose is to buy a new computer to replace an old one, Dell should design their site to be more friendly to older computers. Overall Rating

Purchasing a desktop computer from Dell required TWO orders. The first order was erroneously canceled by Dell due to what was called a “Suspected Fraud Case”. Was told I would receive a credit of over $1,600.00 on my credit card in 10 business days, BUT if I wanted to generate another computer order that would be ‘okay’ (at this point there would have been charges of over $3,000.00 to my credit card for ONE simple desktop computer). Tried to exchange a few emails with a Mr. Rahul Nair (rahul_s_m_nair@dell.com, 866-383-4713 x4162360) to try and get to the bottom of this, and he stopped replying. Was told because I did not have a telephone (for them to call me, I assume), this is what caused the security concern. However, these days many people do not have telephones at home, many people have gotten rod of their ‘landlines’; does this mean I cannot purchase from Dell because I do not have a landline at home? Based on this experience and the worst customer Sales support I WILL NEVER BUY another Dell PC. This was worst experience ever. I had to configure at least 4 different note books all the way to the end to ?get a pop up window telling that the options were no longer available and the whole thing disappeared. The ?coupon codes that they advertise do not work and the Chat team are totally ineffective and they have a very ?poor command of the English language. The one size fits all does not give the customer much choice to ?customize. I purchase the notebook since it was for someone else who wanted Dell otherwise I would have ?used a different vendor after spending several hours for an item that should not have taken more than 30 ?minutes to purchase. The website maybe pretty but it is totally useless. ? Overall Rating

I find the Dell site easy enough to search and maneuver while shopping. However I find their prices high and return policy sub standard. If they were willing to improve their return policy and price match other internet shopping sites I would shop Dell more often. Overall Rating

I was comparing another PC manufacturer with the one I bought here. I found the explanations, displays, and components to be much better explained on Dell. I had more choices also. The other PC came in about $120 less, but I got much more for that amount with Dell, and I would have had to purchase more to bring the other up to what I got on Dell. Overall Rating
