robh from unknown Member Since: 01/31/2012 View Member's: Reviews	I have placed internet orders to pick up at store many times and 2 out of 3 my orders have never been ready even when it says they will be ready in 1 hour and I have placed them the day before or in the morning to pick up at night, I get to the store and it takes 30 minutes to find 3 or 4 parts that I need. Today I called at 11 am to say I was picking up my order, went at 5:50 pm and was not ready, returned at 6:20 and it was still not ready. I canceled both orders I had placed last night. This is the last time I buy at this store even if the other store is 20 minutes from my house. Follow up, there is only one person willing and knowledgeable at my store, the other store that I placed the new orders to is not any better and even after calling before picking up order I still spend 20 minutes waiting for my parts. Internet delivery was perfect. My problem is with picking up at the store.	Overall Rating
