I looked everywhere for a contact number and they do not have one, so the only way to contact them is through email. I contacted through email and let them know they charged me for shipping and this item was for my sons birthday and that I wanted my money back. They gave me the run around for a few days and placed blame on a seller that me as a customer had no way of contacting or rating at all. They finally told me they were going to give me a refund and talk to the seller to find out what happened. As of right now I don't have my money and my son will not get the gift he asked for for his birthday. Me personally I will never buy from the site again because I don't see a need to use a "Middle Man" to purchase something from a seller. There are PLENTY of sites that allow you to rate them, give you contact info, and allow you to deal with the seller directly.	Overall Rating

bryan.s from unknown Member Since: 11/11/2008 View Member's: Reviews	I ordered a transporter 3 blu-ray and received the wrong movie and format. glyde has return policy requires me to pay for the half shipping back so now I have to pay shipping 2.5 times which is completely unacceptable I could have bought the Blu-ray new for this price after all the shipping costs that I will have to pay for. I thought i was getting a good deal which turn out to be a nightmare. The only way to contact the company is email and i have yet to get a response. I will not use this company again.	Overall Rating

I wasn't expecting it, I was expecting a more traditional "shopping cart then checkout" experience. I don't have a problem with the method, but it wasn't made clear to me that that would happen. Received shipment yesterday, within 8 days. The DVD works fine. Only service@glyde.com email is listed for contact. But it works great. I contacted them and they replied very promptly. I trusted 4.5 rating on price grabber, out of 17 reviews. Also, I saw the endorsement at GameSpot.com's marketplace. The very first experience with glyde is awesome.	Overall Rating

It took a long time to get the game, and then, the game quits after less than 1 minute of play. They described the game as "good" condition, free of scratches. To top it off, they say I have to pay half of the shipping to return it. I can send a video game anywhere in the world for a couple of bucks - they are charging over $6!
